Hello, I'm Tracey, CEO and chief wrangler here at Apple Top Acres. I've been riding and have owned horses for over 40 years! We started offering in person activities with horses in 2019 when a small group of home-school families came to learn about horses. They suggested that we open the classes up to more families so they could experience horses. We've been making that dream a reality ever since. Last year we also got out LLC and made things "official".

We have our Summer of 2025 schedule up and ready for you to sign up.

Summer Camps are 3 days and filled with fun! Campers should be 9 years old and up. 3 hours per day filled with horses, horse care, riding, arts and crafts and more!

Mini Camps - Mini camps are similar to Summer Camps filled with fun, riding and horse activities. One day camp. Ages 5 and up.

SMALL FRIES - Riding lessons for younger folk. Perfect for kiddos age 5 and up and/or beginner riders. These are half hour sessions to get kiddos comfortable with the horse, bond, groom and ride on lead line. Kids gain confidence and balance, responsibility and horse communication. We play fun games so they don't even know they're learning. Spaces are limited for lessons so sign up asap.

Riding Lessons for older kids - Riding lessons for teens and adults. We have longer lessons and learn horsemanship skills, how to saddle, groom and take care of the horse. Riding will be fun with games and learning and also more technical for the older set.

Special Events - Birthday Parties, Paint Your Pony (Painting class with horses), Scouts event, Adult event. You name it. We can often cater to your special event!
